How To Clean and Remove Finger Prints Off CDs With Household Items

Does your CDs skip or won't play at all? It may just need a simple cleaning to resolve this issue. Most often kids got hold of them and puts finger prints all over it, that's their specialty...LOL

What you don't want to do like most of us does is to wipe it on our shirts or spit on it. The best solution I found it cheaper and better is to clean it with 70% or less isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Obtain a few ply of toilet papers or Kleenex tissue papers and dabs lightly with alcohol then wipe the CDs surface gently. You don't want to use napkins or cloth because they are too rough and will leave minor scratches on disc.
